These prices include: the photoshoot, insured and licensed photographer/drone operator, the edited images, and usage rights to these images for your listing. Turn-around time for edited photos is 24-48 hours guaranteed. Turn-around time for edited videos is 2-3 days guaranteed.

The home must be 100% photo-ready at the confirmed appointment time, with no items moved between rooms during the session.

Please share our comprehensive house preparation checklist with the homeowner and address any questions beforehand. Please note, that pricing may be adjusted if the home is not prepared and the photoshoot exceeds the scheduled time.

These rates apply to Monmouth and Ocean Counties only. Coverage in additional counties is available for an added travel fee (Monroe and Old Bridge will maintain a discounted travel fee).

Description: 25 edited image package. Under 3k sq foot homes. Recommended for 1-3 bedrooms with no basement or bonus rooms.

35 photos - $215

Description: 35 edited image package. Perfect for homes with 3-5 bedrooms, or 3,000-5,000 sq ft.

50 photos - $250

Description: 50 edited image package. Required for homes 5,000- 7,000 sq ft.

50 photos - $350

Description: 50 edited image package. Required for homes 7,000- 9,000 sq ft.
